Siddharthsinh Jadeja is a Mechanical Engineer, having more than 20 years of experience in industry and academia, and he is know for his passion to transform Education. As a teacher, he has always adopted the student-centric teaching-learning process. His activity-based learning and ability to design student-centric competition has allowed him to work as Student Section Coordinator, Asia-Pacific for American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). His keen area of interest is Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Quality management.

As a Director at Sathway Associates LLP, he bridges the gap between complex engineering theory and large-scale industrial execution. With an M.Tech in CAD/CAM and a background rooted in high-precision environments like Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd., Satyajeetsinh specializes in optimizing manufacturing workflows and spearheading government-backed skill development initiatives. His leadership extends across the entire supply chain, from vendor development to international export logistics, ensuring that quality standards consistently meet global benchmarks.A published researcher and certified NSDC trainer, Satyajeetsinh is committed to fostering innovation through lean manufacturing and advanced 5-axis machining technologies.
