As a teacher, he has always adopted the student-centric teaching-learning process. His activity-based learning and ability to design student-centric competition has allowed him to work as Student Section Coordinator, Asia-Pacific for American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). His keen area of interest is Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Quality management.
